Whatever happens, Dortmund will end #1 and RM #2.
That's why the Germans will give some rest to some of their key players. I'm not so sure they'll fight hard to beat MCity.
Somehow could remind the Zagreb case.
Anyways, hope we'll play a good game this time.

As Ajax plays like last match against PSV, there will be a great chance that Ajax gets 1 point from Santiago Bernabéu.

The problem is; against PSV it is possible to play like that, against Real thats much harder because they have better players.

Yes, but we'll have to hope ManCity do not get 3 points in Dortmund.

Somehow i have a bad feeling about this, i wouldnt be suprised if the worse case scenario actualy will come true. Ajax just have to play their game and then will see where it ends, we can be proud of what we have done this year in the CL against the big champions of last year.

Yes, Real has better players. However, they are not in a good flow. I have read a news that Mourinho will leave Real after this season. In a word, they has some problems out of the pitch. And this maybe could help us. The most important is this match means nothing to Real Madrid.

The only thing I will remember from this game is the vicious assault by Ronaldo on Boerrigter, and the UEFA referee giving him a yellow card only.

I think Boerrigter was our best player by the way.

Yes, and the elbow from another Real-player was worthy of red also.
Well, that says a lot if Boerrigter was the best, Philippe. ;)
Hopefully Andersen will take his place soon.

I do think Boerrigter is getting better, and will soon be the player he was before his injury again.

No matter if Boerrigter is in form, he should be on the left flank. As he plays on the right, 'funnel football'.

I am curious if this news will be picked up by the media outside the Netherlands.

Groups are :

Pot 1
Bayern Munchen
Barcelona
Chelsea
Real Madrid
Manchester United
Arsenal
Porto
Benfica

Pot 2
Atletico Madrid
Shakhtar
AC Milan
Schalke'04
Olympique Marseille
CSKA Moscow
Paris SG
Juventus

Pot 3
Zenith
Manchester City
Ajax
Borussia Dortmund
FC Basel
Olympiakos
Galatasaray
Bayer Leverkusen

Pot 4
FC Copenhagen
Napoli
Anderlecht
Celtic
Steaua Bucharest
Viktoria Plzen
Real Sociedad
Austria Wien

UEFA phony rules give Dortmund in pot 3, but juventus in pot 2 ...

My hope is that we'll get Arsenal, PSG, and Copenhagen. IMO worst case is Real (again), juventus (booh !), and Celtic (a great club though).
