A decent guage is when Culina left PSV to come to Australia, he was on us$900k.

Awer Mabil's January trial at Ajax is confirmed.

Ajax (amongst others) also rumoured to be chasing 15yo Australian, Xane Zaineddine of Watford.

That's about 450.000 euro. Which is below the amount of money we have to pay to a non-EU player (age above 21).

I don't want to make this into a thread about 1 trialing player but,
He's certainly more confident since the Ajax interest.

Kliment is now in Stuttgart.Lukas Sadilek from my club in Czech is now in Psv  But Václav Černý won again the best yong playern in CZ.Ajax heeft nieuw spits nodig.Milik is erg matig en Sanogo is een slechte grapje.

Well, Bazoer was almost on his way to Napoli. Maybe Traore will play for AJAX.

Matěj Vydra from County :!:

If come to Ajax Ten Hag, stay ajax with formation 4-3-3?

Ajax need Left defender, Singraven k.o and Dijks is average player

ot. Leon Bailey is superstar in Leverkusen :|

Ten Hag isn't a typical coach for 433. But he must adept to the culture of AJAX or his stay at the club will be short.

Yes, Nicolás Tagliafico wil join AJAX most likely during this winter.

Hi! I'm from Austria and wanted to know what do you think of Kristensen and why he didn't fit the Ajax system?

Greetings

Sorry mate, but this guy was one of our worst players in the squad last year. Almost no defensive skills and on the attack he is sometimes a little bit useful, but not too often. Don't think he will make it into your squad. You guys usually have good scouting, but this times your guys are way off.

He didn't fit because he is a bad defender and too slow.
What kind of system is Salzburg playing nowadays?

With the new coach Jesse Marsch Salzburg mainly played a 4-2-2-2 or 4-3-3 in pre-season. Pressing high plays a bigger role again.

Can Kristensen also be used as a central back?

Ok, and the role of the fullbacks? Purely defending or more playing like a glorified midfielder?
As a central back? You mean as a central defender? Hell no. Too slow, no ability to mark his man, very poor fysical abilities (stiff as a board). Suitable as a attacking fullback in a system with 3 central defenders.

The full-backs have to be fast and able to bring in good crosses. It is essential to be able to run up and down the line for 90 minutes without any problems. Lainer, who moved to Gladbach this summer, was the ideal player for that. Farkas, who came back from a cruciate ligament rupture, played very well in the Austrian cup yesterday and even scored 2 goals. So I think it'll be hard for Kristensen to start regularly.

Salzburg generally has an abundance of right full-backs now. Kristensen is the fourth player for this position in the squad. Therefore my question, if he can also play as a central defender.

Well, good crosses is the best quality of Kristensen. He has got a good stamina too.
I understand, but the answer to your question, if he can also play as a central defender, is definitely a big Nono.

Well, thanks for your answers. Maybe he'll get used to the Salzburg-system a little bit faster in comparison to the Ajax style of play.

I'll keep you updated. I think next week he'll start with the training in Salzburg.
